I thought I would just recap on the post “Get more done” as it seems that a lot of people are trying to get up at 5am but after a few days fail. If you are used to getting up at 8.30am for example dont immediately start to get up at 5am, you will most likely fail, take it in small steps, a little at a time. For example start by getting up at 8.15am for 4 or 5 days then at 8am for another 4 or 5 days and then 7.45am and so on until you reach your goal of 5am. This way your body will slowly adapt to the change. Remember why your doing this, just imagine how much more you can get done, a lot I can tell you. Give it a go and let me know how you get on.
Good luck.
If you are like me and never have time to do all those little things and jobs that you have been meaning to do for such a long time then I highly recommend this site

I have been doing it for about a month now and I can tell you I get more done on a morning than any other time in the day its a brilliant concept and it works, but, and there is a but you need will and discipline. However if you can do it I will guarantee that your productivity will soar, this guy is very good and writes some other excellent articles, give it a go and let me know how you get on as I am interested in how many people try it and succeed.
Good luck.
